Akta mobile app for case files
In the Akta mobile app, the folder, the source description and material status are visible, along with the prepared handoff package — on the phone, once the account is active. Files stay inside controlled access: a folder or account is prepared first, and only then do materials go into it.
What the app actually does on the phone
The same case protection you run on the desktop — available from the phone.
It is the same folder you keep on the desktop: the same source description and the same history of actions.
Fingerprint and timestamp
Every added file is marked with a SHA-256 fingerprint and a trusted timestamp before it enters the folder.
Add an export or document
Bring an export from another system or a single document into the folder — with a source description and a fingerprint computed on upload.
Capture a web page
Save the state of a web page as a folder material — with a capture date and a fingerprint of the saved content.
OCR and search
Material content is recognised and searched straight from the folder, without downloading files onto the device.
Handoff package
The case package is prepared on the spot — with the pleading, cited evidence, seals and verification instructions.
Biometric access
Entry to the folder is protected by device biometrics; materials stay within activated access.
Folder and status at hand
The folder, the source description and material status are available at once, without digging through correspondence and attachments.

Privacy and account
Data rules, account deletion and current store status.
Folder first, then materials.
Materials always go into a specific folder or account — and there the user works with the source description, status and packages. The same order applies on the phone and on the desktop.
